Educate 360 is an umbrella company in the professional training sector. Its brands share one mission: helping professional individuals and organisations gain the skills they need to thrive in a technology-led and innovation-driven economy.
The five brands under Educate 360's umbrella:
When Educate 360 acquired Project Management Academy and Watermark Learning, the umbrella company had its own homegrown system for centralised customer management and business management.
When Watermark Learning joined the company portfolio, most of its processes were running manually, and Educate 360 wanted to integrate it into its own homegrown system to follow industry standards.
Later, Educate 360 implemented Salesforce, converting the homegrown system into Salesforce for most of the business. Its Accounting Department was using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Combining Salesforce and Educate 360's central system meant building a range of custom APIs, which made it extremely challenging to integrate with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Educate 360's custom APIs and integrations at the time were insufficient for handling the company's highly customised setup and high volume of transactions. After exploring various options, such as customer APIs and other integration service platforms, the Educate 360 team couldn't find a viable solution.
Until they found Rapidi.

Our integration solution for the Educate 360 brand group includes comprehensive and bidirectional data synchronisation between Salesforce (CRM) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP).
The integration ensures that the following data is seamlessly visible and managed within Salesforce:
It also synchronises items, prices, and supplier data from Business Central to Salesforce, enhancing Educate 360's data accuracy and operational efficiency.
The initial setup demanded some extensive work to align with the customisations. Together with the Rapidi Team, Educate 360 could integrate the various touchpoints of their business for uninterrupted, accurate data flow.
Besides the integrations mentioned above, Rapidi's solution also streamlines Educate 360's event management and logistics, corresponding venue and location data in Salesforce with the relevant fields in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
In terms of their extensive product offering, Rapidi's integration platform syncs product details (or event codes) in Salesforce with dimension values in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. In turn, order tracking numbers are sent from Business Central to Salesforce, providing tracking capabilities for shipments and deliveries.
