Quote to Cash WORK Flow Explained


  1. Lead is Converted
    A new Lead is captured in Salesforce Sales Cloud. When qualified, the lead is converted into an Account (company), Contact (person), and an Opportunity (potential sale).

  2. Quote is Accepted
    The sales rep works the Opportunity and generates a quote (using CPQ if available). Upon customer acceptance:
    • Account and Contact information is kept in sync.
    • An accepted quote is converted into a Sales Order in Salesforce.
    Integration: RAPIDI syncs Sales Order, Account (Customer), and Contact data from Salesforce to NetSuite.

  3. Order is Invoiced
    The Sales Order is received in NetSuite, where fulfillment and invoicing are managed. NetSuite generates an Invoice or Credit Note for the order.

    Integration:
    Invoice details and status are synced back to Salesforce, updating the sales team and providing visibility.

  4. Invoice is Paid
    The customer pays the invoice; Payment is recorded in NetSuite.

    Integration:
    Payment status is synced back to Salesforce, so the sales team can see when the invoice is paid and close the loop on the transaction.
